Welcome to Ground Zero Turf!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ground Zero Turf, located in Mohali. By accessing and using our facilities, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or authorized booking platforms.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked time slot will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time slot will not be eligible for a refund.
• In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

3. Use of Facilities

• Players must adhere to the scheduled time slots. Late arrivals will not be granted extended playtime.
• Proper sports attire, including footwear, is mandatory. Cleats with metal studs are strictly prohibited.
• The use of alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal substances on the premises is strictly forbidden.
• Any damage caused to the turf or equipment due to negligence will be the responsibility of the individual or group that made the booking.

4. Liability

Ground Zero Turf is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost property during the use of our facilities. Users are encouraged to play responsibly and ensure their own safety and that of others.

5. Photography and Recording

By using our facilities, you consent to being recorded during gameplay. These recordings may be used for promotional purposes by Ground Zero Turf. Unauthorized commercial use of the recorded gameplay is prohibited.

6. Code of Conduct

All users are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other players. Any form of abuse, harassment, or violence will result in immediate removal from the premises and potential banning from future bookings.

7. Amendments

Ground Zero Turf reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
